Today is my mother's favorite holiday and I'm hoping she is doing something to celebrate while she's on her Alaskan cruise. I will be participating in the yearly family tradition of going to my Aunt & Uncle's farmhouse in Oakley for a BBQ and then going to the best rodeo ever! I say that sarcastically on my part as I just go for the pure entertainment. Others who are there go for seriousness, such as wearing the cowboy garb and knowing the stats of every bull rider, bull, bronco rider and bronco horse. My family and I just go for fun and to try to see who can not laugh first during the cowboy prayer (yes we are a bit heathen that way). Have a fabulous 4th wherever you are!
