I'm not glad I paid extra money this past year into my escrow account, but I am glad I received a check in the mail for $40 to refund me for my overpayment.
I'm super glad I had that $40 with me tonight when I went out to eat with friends to celebrate our monthly get together and was able to eat a really good dinner instead of having to order water, which, I am a bit embarrassed to say, happened last week.
