Last minute trip (booked my ticket Christmas night) to Capistrano CA with the cousins and aunt and uncle. It was craziness with the kids and the activities, but the best craziness ever. I loved hanging out at the beach, going to Disneyland all day, going to the pier in San Clemente and just relaxing before the madness begins again.
This picture almost has the whole group of cousins and their kids at Disneyland. We left the condo at 6:30am in Capistrano to ensure we were at the gates when they opened. We made it on time, along with the other 100 people who needed to be there at 8:00am. I almost lasted all day; had to leave with the dads and the babies around 7:00p as I was exhausted!
Yes, I wasn't ready for the picture; that or I'm not that ready for an all day affair of Disneyland! L-R: Missy, Hannah, Sydney, Rebecca, Camilla, me and Chantele
Katie's girls, Maddie Sue and Bella Joan. Yes, they are 2 year old twins.
The gorgeous sunset seen from the deck of our condo. The beach is just across the street.
San Clemente pier with some of the cousin's kids.
Nothing better either than New Year's Eve with a bonfire on the beach and making S'mores, then a party with a chocolate fountain, fondue (thanks to Josh and Sarah) sushi and a ton more food (thanks to the aunt/uncle). We played games and even made it to midnight, CA time. Pics to come as I need to get those from the cousins.

I bet that was a handful watching all those kids! I could barely hang with my two.
Fun!! We have missed you! Thanks for the call you are so sweet! Good luck gettin back in the grind!
Sounds like fun! Looks like you were hanging out in my neck of the woods. The San Clemente beaches and Laguna are probably the ones I frequent most often. Sigh ... just reading (and now writing) about the beach is making me want to go. And it's after midnight. It will have to wait until tomorrow! :) I'm glad I found your blog.
Whatever. Utah blizzards were much more fun. You bleepity bleep.
