First highlight: I didn't want to hurt any patients in the ER this morning as every complaint was actually a legit one. Now my coworkers are another story.
Second highlight: Weezer has a new song out that ALWAYS plays on the radio when I start my car after having finished working out at the gym. I swear, the past nine of ten workout sessions have ended with Weezer and the lovely line of "Working out at the gym to fit my underwear". It still kills me (even though my undies are stretchy so fit no matter what).
Third highlight: I just threw up my entire day of calories, which I work very hard on consuming as those who know me know I have a hard time eating enough in a day. I felt nauseous during my workout (kept telling the trainer I may be one of her first clients to throw up during a session) and during the 45 minute power cardio I really felt sick. Pulled in to my carport, walked to the lawn area outside my building to get my mail, and proceeded to decorate the lawn area with strawberries and blueberries. Graphic I know, but I was so mad as I stood there and vomited. What a waste sitting on the lawn when it should be doing me good inside my body. Needless to say I didn't make it to the mailbox as I was too embarrassed due to the comments of "ewww" coming from the deck across from me. However, somehow I have managed to make it to my computer to write about it.

Oh no! Puking in of itself is awful, but then to add on the humiliation of people actually seeing you is horrible. Hope you feel better, and thanks for sharing.
Everytime something sucky happens to me, I look at the silver lining, which is providing a blog post.
I really don't think there is anything worse in life than barfing. Sorry about that.
The bad part of this whole throwing up is it wasn't just once; it was three times in a row. Plus, I'm the horrible neighbor who didn't clean it up!
Wow--3 times! All on the lawn? There really wouldn't be anything else to do but walk away--how would you clean it up? You have my sympathy though, since I HATE to throw up.
